We hired S&D to totally re-do our hall bath. They helped us every step of the way with deciding exact scope to choosing all the products. When the work started, the communication was excellent. We always knew when they were going to be there and what they were working on that day. When unexpected issues arose (leaks, etc.), they were great. Upon completion, they were excellent in finishing the little details like covering nail holes or slow, leaky drains. They made sure we were satisfied with their work.
